Who we are
A local shop, built by hand
High Desert Spa Service is Michael’s company, started together with Maxwell Ward to bring dependable spa care to Central Oregon.
Maxwell is a Bend native. Before the two of them brought the business home, he built and ran a successful spa service company in Lincoln City, keeping hot tubs running through salt air, coastal storms, and back-to-back vacation rental turnovers.
That’s a demanding place to learn this trade. Equipment takes a beating, guests arrive whether or not the heater cooperates, and there’s no room for a maybe. Those are the standards we hold here.
